My name is Ashley Evans, I am the Owner and Home-style Baker at Miners Pizza Co., my specialties include mini cheesecakes, cookies, brownies, pies, and all the other home- style comfort sweets and treats you can think of.
For as long as I can remember I have always enjoyed being in the kitchen creating hearty comfort style meals and sweet treats alike. I didn’t really tap into my passion for baking until about 6 or so years ago, and things just kind of happened! I grew a fan-base persay, a following of people that loved my baked goods and encouraged me to shoot for the stars so that’s exactly what I did!
Veronica Rodgers
My name is Veronica and I'm the Custom Cake Baker for Miners Pizza Co! I was born and raised in Tri Cities where I lived until 2012 then I relocated to Missouri until 2022 when i moved back home to the PNW. I’ve been a professional baker and cake designer for 11 years. I started my baking career working for Jilly’s cupcake bar in St. Louis Missouri where I learned half of what I know, the rest I learned working for McArthurs, which is one of the oldest bakeries in St. Louis. I love doing vintage style wedding cakes with elaborate drape work and tiny delicate designs. Being creative is my passion it’s what fuels me, I strive to make each and every cake better than the one before.
Lisa Zimmerman
My name is Lisa Zimmerman and I am the baker behind the custom, decorated sugar cookies at Miner's Pizza Co.! I'm PNW born and raised. I grew up outside of Elma, WA in an adventure loving family that spent our summers fishing through British Columbia, panning for gold in Montana, then, in later years, aboard a boat on Hood Canal. I LOVE being near the water and/or in "the woods" and I'm happiest when I'm spending time outdoors with my family.
